Things I'll Miss About Tonasket, Washington

- .................................................................. Drawing a blank here
Okay. That's a little harsh. It's not Tonasket's fault that it's not a blooming suburb. In a world where an average teenager is satisfied with hanging out at Wal Mart and spending most winters indoors, Tonasket is like, the place to be. In my world- Cheyla's world- it's depressing.
I don't ask for much. A shopping mall, a movie theater, maybe a Game Stop and a Thai food restaurant. Oh! Let's not forget Starbucks.. good ol' Starbucks.
In my old blog, Cheyla Speaks Up (which I rarely updated), there were a severe number of posts titled 'Wow, I'm So Bored'. Really hoping that will change here in Tuscon, Arizona.
Ah, right! I forgot to mention. We moved!
Well, we're moving is probably more accurate. The double-wide on Highway 7 is filling with boxes. It'll be a light haul to our new place, which is approximately 1600 miles away :-)
Now that I'm a licensed driver (and motorcyclist!) I am (almost) the proud owner of a Chevy Tracker which has sat on our property for the past 2 years in need of mechanical attention. My other optional transportation- usable all year round in the sunny Arizona weather- is a Vulcan 1500 inherited from my older bro, Gabe.
Anyway, our new place is located in a neighborhood called Avenida de la Colina, or Avenue of the Hill. Therefore I have entitled my new, much for exciting blog Hill Street Blues in honor of the old police drama (whichIneveractuallywatched *cough *cough)
Arizona, here I come!
